Intricate Backsplash
The field tile is a 6x6 procelain tile with 3/4" thick inserts from the granite slab and a 1/2 round bar, also made from the granite slab.  Below, a piece of slab material was installed behind the sink and windowsills with matching edging were also installed.

This backsplash is comprised of a 3 x 6 Tumbled Travertine as the field tile and a beautiful glass copper colored 2 x 4 Brick Mosaic to match the copper venthood.  Incorporating glass into your backsplash is the latest trend.
